Graphic with quote from a donor saying: In early 1989 my husband attended a Knights of Columbus meeting where Sister Kinsella was the guest speaker. Her speech touched on all the things that are important to us: providing a high school education and childcare while the young moms attend classes is a win/win situation. We decided then that we would support the Youville Centre as much as we are able to. Between 1998 and 2000 we hosted members and their wives of Knights of Columbus Council # 12249 in Stittsville at a Christmas party to thank them for the work they had done during the year. We asked them to bring a new, unwrapped gift for babies and toddlers. For these three years we delivered a large amount of toys to the Youville Centre, and we continue to support the Youville Centre. To all the young mothers: embrace the education, guidance and compassion that the Youville Centre offers. It will provide you with the tools to make a better life for you and your children.
